Phase 1
Discovery

Start by filling out a quick enquiry form to see if we’re a good fit. If it looks like we can help, we’ll book a Discovery Call to chat all things goals, content, and how this process works.

We’ll schedule a 30-minute Google Meet to talk through your goals, content readiness, and any questions you may have about the service, platform, or process.

Phase 2
Content Gathering

Ready to roll? Accept your Proposal Contract, choose a payment option, and pay your deposit to lock in your Build Week.
From here, you’ll get access to your Client Portal where you will:
- Complete a brand questionnaire
- Upload your logo, colours, imagery, and copy
- Share access details for any tools or integrations (e.g., booking systems, CRMs, email marketing, domain access)
- Provide inspirational websites or visual direction references (optional but encouraged)

We’ll jump on a call to review everything you’ve uploaded, clarify your content, and align on the vision — so we’re both feeling confident and excited heading into Build Week.

Phase 3 Build Week

This is where the magic happens. Over five dedicated days, I’ll design and build your website one step at a time — with your feedback along the way.

I’ll kick things off by mapping out the structure and flow of your site. This includes user experience planning, visual moodboard, sitemap, and wireframes — the blueprint of your website.

With structure approved, I’ll bring your homepage to life using your content and branding.

Once the homepage is signed off, I’ll build out the rest of the site, ensuring everything is visually aligned, functional, and user-friendly.

I’ll integrate all agreed tools (like booking forms, email marketing, or CRMs), double-check domain connections, and test across devices for a seamless user experience.

Your new website goes live — or is queued for launch on your schedule. You’ll receive a personalised handover video that walks you through how to update and manage your site confidently.
